Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 2-7 working days across Malaysia and internationally. We ensure careful packaging and timely delivery to your doorstep.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above RM 200. For orders below RM 200, a flat shipping charge of RM 8 applies.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at Conjeevaramssilk.my/track-order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Conjeevaramssilk@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We are based in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
